MUSIAD UK Chairwoman Av. Türkan Akbaş, together with Board Members, and accompanied by MUSIAD Headquarters’ Chariman of International Organisation Selim Sar and Deputy Chariman İsmail Filizfidan, carried out an official visit to Birmingham Chamber of Commerce as part of their UK engagement programme.
During the visit, the delegation met with Nasir Awan, C.E.O of AWAN MARKETING INTERNATIONAL Ltd, Deputy Lieutenant to His Majesty The King’s Lord-Lieutenant of the West Midlands, Visiting Professor at Birmingham City University, and President (2023–2025) of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.
The meeting focused on strengthening trade relations between Türkiye and Birmingham and exploring structured cooperation models to enhance bilateral commercial engagement.The delegation also toured Mr. Awan’s business premises, gaining first-hand insight into his operations and discussing potential areas of collaboration.
