MÜSİAD UK Attended the MÜSİAD Europe Iftar Programme and General Assembly Hosted by the Berlin Branch.

The MÜSİAD Europe Iftar Programme, organised by the MÜSİAD Berlin Branch, was held on 13 March 2026 at the Tek Dream Event Hall in Reinickendorf, Berlin, with broad participation from the worlds of politics, diplomacy, and business. The programme brought together over 600 distinguished guests.

Among the notable attendees were Kai Wegner, Governing Mayor of Berlin; Fikrim Damka, Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo; Gökhan Turan, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Berlin; Okan Şanlı, Consul General of Türkiye in Berlin; Nasimi Aghazev, Ambassador of Azerbaijan; Faruk Ajeti, Ambassador of Kosovo; Emine Andız Ertürk, Representative of the TRNC in Berlin; Raed Saleh, Chairman of the SPD Parliamentary Group in the Berlin State Parliament; Dr Ersin Nas, Member of the Berlin State Parliament; Emine Demirbüken-Wegner, Mayor of Reinickendorf; Frank Bewig, Mayor of Spandau, along with many other diplomats, politicians, and representatives from the business community.

The programme was also attended by Burhan Özdemir, President of MÜSİAD, members of the MÜSİAD Headquarters, branch presidents from Türkiye and various European cities, as well as our members and guests. Representatives from prominent business organisations in Germany—including BVMW, BWA, TDU, EUBA, and ERIADalso participated in the programme alongside numerous civil society organisations.
