Globax Technology Ltd was founded in 2015 by Abdullah Alp ASLAN, a senior software engineer with over 25 years of industry experience. The company specializes in software development, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, and R&D innovation.
Abdullah Alp ASLAN previously worked as an IT Director in leading Turkish conglomerates including Çalık Holding, Zorlu Holding, Özyer Group, and Summa Holding before launching Globax Technology at Yıldız Technical University Technopark.
He is married and a proud father of three children.
The company’s flagship project, the Smart Helmet (originally “Tekno Akıllı Baret”), received a ₺1,000,000 R&D grant from TÜBİTAK, and was developed in collaboration with Yıldız Technical University as a fully local and national product. It was commercialized in 2024 and launched globally in 2025 under the Smart Helmet brand with a “Made in UK” patent.
In 2020, Haksoft Digital Software Technologies Ltd was founded in the UK as a part of the group, developing cloud-based solutions including Perfecto CRM and LionPOS.
In 2024, the group launched AI Vision University, an innovative AI-focused higher education institution, which is currently under development.
In 2022, Globtrade International was established as a digital trade consultancy company helping global brands export/import and operate in the UK, Canada, USA, and Europe.
