Dr. İdris DEMİRHAN

Dr. Idris Demirhan is the Chief Executive Officer of Gate World Group and a Board Member of the Turkish Business Council in Dubai, with over 15 years of experience in international investment, real estate, and business development.

He holds a PhD in Industry Politics and Technology Management (2025) and an MBA in International Business from Middlesex University, London (2011). Throughout his career, Dr. Demirhan has led and advised on major investment and expansion projects across Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. With a strong focus on cross-border real estate services and business formation, he has built a reputation for bridging global investors with high-impact opportunities.

As CEO of Gate World Group, Dr. Demirhan oversees international operations based in Dubai, Istanbul and London, providing strategic consultancy to clients seeking to expand into emerging markets and navigate complex global transitions.

His previous executive roles include leadership positions at respected organisations such as Ağaoğlu Real Estate Investment, Orient World Real Estate & Investment, and Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA). In these positions, he played a key role in attracting foreign direct investment and establishing cross-sector partnerships with significant commercial value.

Dr. Demirhan also represents MÜSİAD as the official Dubai Delegate, and is an active member of the DEİK – UAE Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board. These roles enable him to support regional policy dialogue, international business collaboration, and entrepreneurial development at both institutional and grassroots levels.
