MÜSİAD UK Establishes New Cooperation Contacts in Wales
Our Vice President for Organisation, Batu Bajdaroğlu, our Vice President for Diplomatic Relations, Dr. Murat Bayizit, and our Birmingham member, Ömer Yasin Kurt, held a series of important meetings in Cardiff, the capital of Wales.
Our delegation visited Mr Agit Ceviz, Cardiff Provincial Chair of Plaid Cymru, the governing party in Wales, and held a productive meeting on MÜSİAD UK’s activities, potential commercial collaborations between Turkish and Welsh businesspeople, and opportunities to strengthen economic relations between the two communities.
The meeting also included mutual evaluations regarding increasing MÜSİAD UK’s representative presence across Wales and different regions of the United Kingdom, particularly in Cardiff and Birmingham, as well as creating new channels of cooperation.
We thank Mr Agit Ceviz for his kind hospitality and constructive approach, and hope that these engagements will lead to new and lasting collaborations.
