How applications are reviewed
Applications are submitted through the member portal and reviewed by the Membership Relations Committee. The committee assesses the nature of the business, its standing and whether the applicant’s conduct is consistent with the association’s principles.
A reference from two existing MÜSİAD members is required. Without references, the membership application cannot be completed.
Following the initial application, an appointment is arranged and the applicant’s business premises are visited. At that stage you will be asked to provide: a passport-size photograph, proof of identity, a criminal record check, a tax certificate, a Findeks credit report and proof of active business registration.
For professionals (non-owners), a board resolution from the employer authorising association membership is also required.
You will be contacted about the outcome, and invoiced only once the application has been approved.
