Strong Partnerships for Kahramanmaraş
We paid a visit to Mr Fırat Görgel, Mayor of Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, at his office and held a productive consultation on our city’s economic and commercial potential, as well as opportunities for international cooperation.
As MÜSİAD United Kingdom, we are ready to make our contribution towards enabling Kahramanmaraş’s strong production infrastructure and entrepreneurial capacity to gain greater access to international markets, and towards developing mutual trade and investment opportunities with the United Kingdom.
On this occasion, we were also delighted to invite Mr Fırat Görgel to our AGİK programme, which will be held in London in November. We believe that this meeting, which will enable Kahramanmaraş and our city’s valuable business community to be represented more strongly on international platforms in the United Kingdom, will be an important opportunity for new partnerships and joint projects.
I would like to thank Mr Fırat Görgel for his kind hosting and sincere hospitality, and express my hope that our meeting will lead to fruitful and lasting partnerships for Kahramanmaraş and our country.
