We held the “Legal Assurance in Trade and Investment Summit”, organised at our Headquarters by our Services and Finance Sector Board, with the participation of our T.C. Minister of Justice, Mr Akın Gürlek; Chairman of the TBMM Justice Committee, Prof. Dr Cüneyt Yüksel; MÜSİAD President, Mr Burhan Özdemir; UK MÜSİAD President, Av. Türkan Akbaş; and our esteemed members.

At a time when global competition is accelerating, we addressed the critical importance of legal predictability, transparency and an environment of trust for the sustainability of trade and investment. We once again emphasised the necessity of supporting a strong economic structure with a sound legal system.

During the question-and-answer session held as part of the programme, our Minister answered our members’ questions and listened to the views and requests coming from the field. We believe that this direct engagement has created a stronger foundation for mutual understanding between the business community and the public sector.

We extend our gratitude to our Minister, the Chairman of the TBMM Justice Committee, MÜSİAD President Mr Burhan Özdemir, UK MÜSİAD President Av. Türkan Akbaş, our Services and Finance Sector Board Chairman Ali Tutuk and his team for their efforts in organising the programme, and all our guests who participated, for their kind attendance and valuable contributions; and we hope that joint efforts to further strengthen our country’s investment environment will continue to grow.
