Our company operates under Acar Group Hospitality, a London-based group active in the restaurant, hospitality, and investment consultancy sectors. Through the brands within our group, we aim to represent Turkish cuisine and hospitality at international standards.
Through our actively operating concepts, Yaprak Restaurant and Yaprak Express, we bring Turkish cuisine to a wider audience with modern presentation techniques and a strong commitment to quality. In addition, our Fezas Bakery brand provides services in bakery products and daily fresh production. Across all our products, compliance with halal production principles, as well as quality and hygiene standards, is our priority.
With the experience we have gained across different sectors, we have developed and launched over 25 restaurant and quick-service concepts over a period of more than 10 years.
We operate with a business model focused on creating new concepts through the brands we develop, growing these brands, and transferring them at the right time by generating investment value. Through our ongoing projects both domestically and internationally (across Europe and Turkey), we continue to actively pursue the international expansion, scaling, and sustainable growth of our brands.
