Our mission

As a businessmen’s association acting freely and independently at both national and international level: to increase the number of members who share predetermined principles and values, to develop the solidarity among its members, and to contribute to the material and spiritual development of our country with the spirit of unity and solidarity it provides within itself.

Our vision

MÜSİAD was founded in Istanbul in 1990 by entrepreneurs who set out with the vision of a country that is whole within itself, active in its region and respected in the world.

MÜSİAD UK carries that vision to the United Kingdom. We work towards a business community where trade is conducted ethically, where small enterprises have the same access to opportunity as large ones, and where the commercial relationship between the United Kingdom and Türkiye is measured not only in volume but in the trust behind it.

The values we hold in common

Ethical trade

Members commit to MÜSİAD UK’s commercial and social ethical principles, its rules of integrity and its moral standards. These are conditions of membership, not aspirations.

Solidarity

When one member opens a door, the network is expected to walk through it together. Referrals, introductions and shared market knowledge are the practical form this takes.

Inclusive growth

Membership is open to business people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Inclusive growth builds stronger and more resilient economies.

Preparing the next generation

Through Young MÜSİAD and the academy programmes, the association invests in the entrepreneurs and leaders who follow.
