Batuhan BAJDAROĞLU

Saim Batuhan Bajdaroğlu was born on 11 June 1993 in Ankara, Türkiye. He began his academic journey at Akdeniz University, where he studied Accounting. In 2014, he relocated to the United Kingdom to pursue language education. This period marked a turning point in his life, prompting him to pause his university studies and focus on building a permanent life and career in the UK.

Bajdaroğlu embarked on his entrepreneurial path under the Ankara Agreement, shaping his business vision through early experiences in the British market. After meeting his future wife in late 2016, he redirected his professional focus to the natural stone industry, joining Unique Marble Ltd.—a company already established in the sector. His involvement played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and its strengthened position within the industry. In 2018, he married and began a new chapter in both his personal and professional life.

Today, under the leadership of Bajdaroğlu, Unique Marble Ltd. operates a production facility in the UK specialising in the manufacture and installation of natural stone products. The company offers comprehensive, turnkey solutions to major construction projects across the country, employing a skilled team of 19 professionals. Its services encompass on-site installation, residential and commercial renovations, and complete construction management—including permitting and regulatory processes.

In addition to his role at Unique Marble Ltd., Bajdaroğlu is also one of the founding partners of Leonas Group, a UK-based construction company. Through Leonas Group, he is actively engaged in delivering high-quality residential and commercial development projects, reinforcing his footprint in the British construction sector.

Unique Marble Ltd. and Leonas Group together have built a solid reputation for quality, professionalism and reliability. Further strengthening their international supply chains, Bajdaroğlu also owns and operates two natural stone quarries in Türkiye, ensuring consistent access to premium materials for global distribution.

In 2023, Bajdaroğlu joined the MÜSİAD family, extending his entrepreneurial vision to a broader, international platform.
